Is the ordered item in stock?
All known out of stock items from the website have been removed, but occasionally due to unprecedented demand an item may become out of stock, If an item that you have ordered is out of stock Mostyns will contact you to arrange for either a guaranteed dispatch date, a re-selection, or a full refund.

How do I know that my credit/debit card details are secure?
Mostyns have teamed up with Worldpay®. When entering your credit/debit card details you will see a locked symbol to prove it is fully secure. Mostyns have no record of your credit/debit card details.

Can I pay by Cheque?
Yes. When ordering online simply choose 'cheque' as your payment method. Details of where to send the cheque will be emailed to you.

How do I know that my order has been placed?
Your order will be confirmed by email minutes after being placed. Failing this please contact us for your order confirmation.

When will my order be dispatched?
All 'In-Stock' items will normally be despatched within 2 working days.

Can I have my goods delivered to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, goods can be delivered to a different address other than the billing address. Simply advise Mostyns of both the billing address and the delivery address when prompted on the checkout page.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
If the order doesn't arrive within 7 working days, please contact us.

Do you have a money back guarantee?
Mostyns Curtains proudly offer a no quibble money back guarantee. Simply contact us for your returns number, and then return your unwanted order within 7 days in the original condition with all packaging, and we shall gladly refund or replace the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund the dispatch postage & packing and the return postage unless the goods are faulty in the opinion of Mostyns. Your statutory rights are not affected.
