Mostyns premium making quality is the Bespoke Interlined Service.
Interlined curtains are made using three layers of fabric. As well as the face fabric and lining there is a layer of interlining which is carefully attached by hand to the face fabric. This technique is suitable for both light weight fabrics such as silks as well as heavy fabrics such as tapestry.
For centuries people have chosen luxurious interlined curtains for both their aesthetic and insulating qualities.
The 180 gram per square metre interlining creates sumptuous rounded folds whilst the added thickness provides excellent insulation.
Bespoke interlined curtains are predominately hand-sewn with continuous chain weighting inserted in the bottom hem.
All types of headings are available with the Goblet style being a particular favourite. Your curtains will be hand-finished to perfection and thoroughly inspected by our Quality Control Manager.
